1. SERVICE OPERATOR AND SERVICE OVERVIEW

The Service Operator provides access to a range of subscription-based digital entertainment services available through its online content platform(s).

The Service Operator provides access to this catalogue under a recurring subscription model designed for personal, non-commercial use. Subscription fees allow continuous, advertisement-free access across compatible devices.
1.2. The Service Operator offers its services through one or more subscription packages (collectively referred to as “Subscriptions”), which may include recurring paid access or, in some cases, one-time purchase options for individual titles or collections. Service availability and options may vary depending on geographic location and device type.
1.3. The Service Operator confirms that its online content platform(s) is not a gambling or wagering platform. No part of the service involves monetary prizes, betting, or any form of games of chance. All content is intended solely for lawful entertainment purposes.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, You (“User”) acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with the Service Operator.
2.2. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2.3. To register, You must provide a valid email address, create a password, and agree to these Terms. Payment details will be requested for paid Subscriptions. All information must be accurate and kept up to date.
2.4. The Service Operator processes registration data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By confirming payment and accepting these Terms, You authorise the Service Operator to process your data for account administration and billing purposes.
2.5. Upon successful registration, the User will receive confirmation of account activation and key subscription details, including payment terms, renewal information, and customer support contact information.
2.6. Access to digital content begins once registration and payment authorisation are complete. The Service Operator will send a confirmation email containing a copy of these Terms and cancellation instructions.
2.7. Users may access the Service on up to five (5) devices, subject to licensing restrictions that may limit simultaneous use.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
3.1. The Service Operator's principal obligation is to provide Users with access to subscribed content—games, films, videos, e-books, audiobooks, and music—via our online platform for the duration of the active Subscription.
3.2. Content availability may vary due to regional licensing, copyright restrictions, or technical limitations. Some content may not be accessible outside the United Kingdom.
3.3. The quality of streamed or downloaded content may depend on the User's internet connection. The Service Operator is not responsible for data or connectivity charges imposed by third-party providers.
3.4. The Service Operator may suspend or restrict access if payment obligations are not met or if these Terms are breached. Access will be restored once all outstanding issues are resolved.
3.5. The Service Operator may, at its discretion, offer temporary access limitations or downgrade Subscriptions where necessary until payment or compliance issues are corrected.
4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
4.1. Subscriptions are offered for defined periods as described in the offer details. Unless otherwise stated, Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.2. Cancellation must occur prior to the end of the current billing period to prevent automatic renewal. Specific cancellation procedures are outlined in Section 10.
4.3. Subscription tiers differ in content access, features, and pricing. Current pricing and features are clearly presented prior to purchase. Prices include VAT where applicable.
4.4. All payment transactions are handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors. The Service Operator does not store full payment card data on its servers.
4.5. The Service Operator may modify pricing, features, or Subscription structures. If a price increase occurs, at least 30 days' notice will be provided, during which Users may cancel without penalty before the new rate applies.
4.6. The Service Operator may adjust content offerings to reflect licensing changes. Users will be notified in advance of any material reduction in content scope that significantly affects the value of their Subscription.
4.7. The Service Operator may terminate Subscriptions immediately if Users engage in fraudulent activity, breach these Terms, or misuse the Service. Refunds will be issued only as required by UK consumer law.
4.8. Certain Subscription types or promotional offers may be discontinued. Affected Users will be offered alternative access or the option to cancel without penalty.
5. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
5.1. Users must provide accurate registration information and promptly update any changes.
5.2. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to access and use the Service content for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, public performance, resale, or modification of content is prohibited.
5.3. All Service content is protected by copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws. Users may not share login credentials or permit unauthorised third-party access.
5.4. Use of the Service requires a stable internet connection and compatible device. Users are responsible for any associated data or connectivity charges.
5.5. The Service Operator recommends using current browser or app versions for optimal functionality. Older versions may result in reduced performance or incompatibility.
6. DATA PROTECTION
The Service Operator processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are provided in the Privacy Policy available through the Service platform.
7. FEES AND PAYMENT
7.1. Subscription fees are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Fees are charged using the payment method specified by the User.
7.2. All transactions are processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards. The Service Operator does not retain complete payment credentials.
7.3. VAT will be applied in accordance with applicable UK taxation laws and clearly itemised in billing records.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND WARRANTY
8.1. The Service Operator aims to maintain consistent availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to reliance on third-party network providers.
8.2. Compatibility may vary across devices. Users should verify that their hardware and software meet the minimum requirements before subscribing.
8.3. Content availability may be restricted outside the United Kingdom due to licensing terms.
8.4. Descriptions of features and functionality are for information purposes only and do not constitute warranties.
8.5. Periodic updates may be required to maintain service stability and security. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance.
9. LIABILITY
9.1. The Service Operator accepts liability for losses resulting from negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory duty, including injury or death caused by its negligence.
9.2. For minor breaches, liability is limited to foreseeable losses directly arising from the breach. The Service Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9.3. Users are responsible for any damages caused by misuse of the Service, including unauthorised access or distribution of content.
10. CONSUMER RIGHTS AND CANCELLATION
10.1. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
10.2. You may cancel your Subscription within 14 days of entering into the contract by notifying us at [email protected], including your name, username, and email address.
10.3. If you cancel within this period, any payments will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
10.4. You acknowledge that cancellation rights do not apply once digital content delivery has begun with your consent.
10.5. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
11. ASSIGNMENT
11.1. The Service Operator may assign or transfer these Terms to affiliated entities, successors, or service partners without prior notice.
11.2. Users may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties.
12. SURVIVAL OF TERMS
Clauses that by nature extend beyond termination—including intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law—remain effective after the contract ends.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
13.1. The Service Operator shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, power failures, or internet outages.
13.2. Obligations are suspended for the duration of such events. If disruption continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the Agreement by written notice.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1. These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2. Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory provisions of their country of residence as required under UK law.
14.3. For complaints, contact customer service at [email protected]. If unresolved, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity recognised under UK regulations.
14.4. If mediation fails, disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, or, where applicable, the courts of your country of residence.
14.5. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any conflicting terms shall only apply if expressly agreed in writing.
